For over fifty years, Gallagher’s Butchers Castlefinn have supplied prime beef, succulent pork and spring lamb, reared on their own farm in the Finn Valley, to local customers and catering establishments in Donegal, Tyrone, Derry Londonderry, Fermanagh, the Finn Valley and the rest of Ulster. Over that time we have often been asked for cooking tips. So we have decided to share with you some of our favourite Gallaghers recipes, to get the best flavour and taste from the meat we sell and to give your meals a bit of variety.
